Visit Rules

Please read the following rules so that our school visits run safely and smoothly. Your request is reviewed once the required documents are complete, and the outcome is sent to you by email.

Group size

• School groups are limited to 30 people per school, teachers included. At most two schools visit on the same day.
• Only the student, mother and father may join a family visit.

Visitor list and documents

• Fill in the visitor list in the application form or on your private application page. You may use the Excel template if you prefer.
• Mark teachers as "Teacher" and write their mobile phone numbers in the note field. State the name of the school the students attend.
• Give the bus plate, the driver's name and phone number in the form.
• Schools from outside Istanbul must upload the trip approval issued by the District Directorate of National Education (M.E.B.). For schools in Istanbul, a signed trip approval from their own school administration is sufficient.
• For family visits, upload a scanned copy of the student certificate signed by the student's school.
• Documents must be uploaded by the deadline shown on your application page. Requests with missing documents are cancelled automatically.

On the day

• Everyone on the tour (teachers, staff, students and parents) must carry an official ID for the security check.
• Campus roads are not suitable for large coaches. Only minibuses carrying up to 27 people may enter the campus; groups arriving in larger vehicles walk from the security gate to the main school building.
• Entry to the campus is allowed at the earliest 10 minutes before the tour starts.
• Visitors are met at a designated point by Robert College students and staff. After a short introduction, the tour starts with our RC Ambassador students.
• The tour ends where the school buses are parked.

During the tour

• Our student guides answer questions about Robert College only on topics they are authorised to inform about; they do not share personal opinions or assumptions.
• Video and photography are not allowed indoors. Outdoors, filming is allowed only at the points indicated by the student guides and the accompanying teacher.
• Visiting students may not carry phones indoors.

Changes and cancellation

• We reserve the right to cancel a visit if there is a change in school operations. In that case we will contact you.
