Robert College welcomes school groups, and prospective students with their families, on campus on Wednesdays open to visits. Visitors are accompanied by our RC Ambassador students.
Visit day
School visits take place on the Wednesdays that are open to visits in the school calendar. Visitors are accompanied on campus by our RC Ambassador students, who also answer their questions.
Robert College has high standards for both the academic and social development of our students, and they are strongly supported in these areas. Over 130 student-initiated clubs allow students to grow as multidisciplinary and self-confident individuals.
The school plans the visit programme according to the requests received. When you apply, you choose the visit type (long or short) and the language (Turkish or English).

Requests
Choose a Wednesday open to visits in the calendar. Places left for school groups and families are shown for each day.
Complete the school group or family request form. A personal link to follow your request is sent to your email address.
Your places are held for 7 days. Documents must be complete at least 1 days before the visit.
When your request is approved, the visit details, directions to the campus and a calendar invitation are sent to you by email.

When making a request, you read and accept the Privacy Notice (KVKK), the Visit Rules and the Child Protection and Safeguarding Policy.

At most 30 people, teachers included. The number of people on the visitor list must equal the number of teachers and students given in the request.
Yes. Submit a separate request for each group; each group can have at most 30 people, teachers included. A school can hold at most 2 open requests per season. Groups can also come on the same day if there is room in the calendar.
Only the student, their mother and their father; at most 3 people from one family.
For school groups, the trip permission and the visitor list; for families, the student certificate issued and wet-signed by the student's school. Upload documents as PDF, JPG or PNG and the visitor list as an Excel file.
For schools in Istanbul, a signed trip permission from your own school administration is enough. Schools coming from outside Istanbul need to upload the trip approval issued by their district directorate of national education (M.E.B. İlçe Müdürlüğü). You do not need to send us parental consent forms.
Your place is held for 7 days. Documents must be complete within that time and in any case at least 1 days before the visit. We send a reminder email as the deadline approaches.
Yes. If the required documents are not uploaded within 7 days, or by the deadline 1 days before the visit, the request is cancelled automatically, the places reopen and you receive an email. You can then apply again for an open day.
When you submit your request you receive an email with a private link. There you can see the status of your request, upload missing documents and cancel the request if needed.
Open the private link we emailed you and use “Cancel request”. This is possible until 23:59 on the day before the visit; your places become available to others at once. If you cannot find your link, or need to cancel on the day of the visit, write to okultanitim@robcol.k12.tr with your request number (e.g. RC-26-0042).
For school groups, the request form asks for the coach plate and the driver's name and telephone number; families coming by car give the car plate. This information is used at the campus entrance.
